Pros
FAST offers unbelievable benefits and the starting pay is outstanding for new college graduates. Also, if you are open-minded to travel and relocation, this couldn't be a better compnay to work for. You have the opportunity to be relocated to any of the national or international sites FAST sites.There are lots of social events and fundraising events. FAST is much more like a family than an employer.
Cons
If you aren't up for relocation, this may not be the right job for you. Also, most Fasties work a lot of overtime, which in this line of work is very easy to do. With that being said FAST also encourages you to take vacation time because, they acknowledge how hard their employees work.
