there are a lot of challenges being with this company. they are pulling back on their remote work and starting to force us to come back onsite/hybrid. Not only that, but the company is always wanting us to relocate and move state to state. my final complaint with this organization is the fact that colleagues have actually ended their lives during rollouts due to stress. Not only did the company keep it on the hush hush, the company also lacks the care to promote mental health or self care in any way. I would avoid this company unless you are out within a year.
