Pros
The job itself is not bad since I love Graphic Design.
Cons
The FastSigns I worked at was so understaffed,that they expected for the Graphic Designer to also be part of Sales (interrupted every 10 min. by calls and customers coming in), that it slows down your workflow (and get blamed for it). We only had 1 Sales Rep, 1 Graphic Designer (myself) and 1 Production person. The designer and production had to work for 2 FastSigns which the owner had in another city. - No paid overtime, although was expected to work it. - Low salary - Bad attitude from owner, only really cared about how much $ came in, didn't care about the employees at all. - Owner constantly hired and fired people without properly training them. ( You are expected to already know everything)
