These stores are all owned independently, so you may find a manager who actually knows what they are doing.
Cons
You will not get paid what you deserve, extremely poor management, poor work environment (the store floods, the printer gives off toxic fumes because the owner refuses to fix it) Also, the owner will cut your checks without any warning. Some employees offered insurance while some are told they don't offer any.
