Pros
Aside from the small and mundane signs and graphics produced, there are some larger projects that offer challenges and creativity. Nice work from home policy. Good job for someone directly out of high school or college with little-to-no experience in the industry or business development.
Cons
Bait & switch hiring practices. Don't bother applying unless this is your first job out of high school or college. Experience and talent are grossly undervalued. Pay scale and room for advancement are extremely limited even if promised otherwise.
