Pros
Upward mobility for motivated, dedicated hard workers. I read alot of bad about Fastenal, but in the end I have seen mostly good. One thing holds true, if your under a bad GM its gonna be bad! I had a bad GM, but I stuck to it, did my job well, learned all I could and put it to use, now I am the GM and continue to learn and grow with the company. Fastenal School of Business, if taken seriously is a huge benefit, where else can you go where they give you all the tools you need to succeed? No where that I have ever worked.
Cons
Sometimes you are over worked and can get burned out. Balancing a store and family is rough at times.
