Cons
The benefits and compensation is laughable. You will stay running just to pad your meager base salary with the commission. I left at the 3 year mark and doubled my salary and benefit package. Don't worry. They want you to leave. This way they can higher some young turk to manage what you started for half the cost. If you're experienced in industrial sales, stay away. Your experience means nothing to them. Ironically enough, in these dificult times, they are having trouble filling vacated positions while the competition snatches away it's top talent.
