Pros
Hours are good, benefits standard, bonus fluctuate according to how your department does, just like any place else some people are amazing others not so much.
Cons
Just like any other company new hires in this case less than 10 years at the company are treated differently depending on the area you are in. Honestly it can be hard to tell if you are treated differently but after a while of working you begin to understand the inner workings of things, the hierarchy of things. Another down side, but this typically in most companies, is you don't get a raise unless you say something the issue I have with that is some people can get easily timid or are too nervous to ask for a raise/evaluation so unfortunately they could work there for years and never receive a raise.
