Pros

Comparatively none, but because of the the 5 word limit i will say they can be understanding regarding hours

Cons

Wow so for a company that claims it’s biggest asset is it’s people; it treats them horribly. company pays 30% less that other companies for same work. happy i left. ERP system are proprietary so nothing carries over in terms of program experience. overworked: expect you to do tasks out of your job description(such as requiring and learning how to completely manage vending software and wiring) with no compensation for the countless value adding activities they want you to do Upper management : Break promises regarding pay/ hour increases. and forget about working over time even in service of customers. Upward mobility: unless you want to live in winona, MN ,have fun getting a raise or moving up. pay scale: if you live in california you will not make a livable wage. forget about OT. If you live in a midwest state with a low cost of living maybe they pay enough. college feeder : They try to lure college kids into roles which offer less that’s livable wage with false promises of transferable experience/upward mobility. worst offender, RECRUITERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF COLLEGE KIDS! don’t give them an ounce of loyalty they will abuse it. If i didn’t get paid so little is have a lawyer take my case on the grounds of promissory estoppel.

Pros

Great company culture, love the investment they put in for career advancement. Great people to work with, CEO is amazing but he's stepping down this month. Benefits are good. Decentralized organization so your ideas and solutions actually get listened to and implemented. Feel like I'm actually making a difference in the company.

Cons

Pay is lower than the industry average for most departments and they don't keep up with the cost of living, don't do bonuses (unless you're in sales) or pay raises. You have to ask to get one and most times they say no. Very male dominant at the branches and in sales, but many women in corporate leadership. Don't have any DEI initiatives. Not flexible on relocation for internal management roles, have to be at corporate HQ in Winona, MN.
