The people for the most part are nice. However, mid-level management is hostile, unprofessional and toxic. Managers do not care about their employees, but only generating data at whatever expense including puting others down. People are treated as disposable pieces and their hard work is not valued. Growth opportunities are given based on favoritism and who you are buddies with. Work/life balance is non-existent, people come in on weekends, work overtime, work sick and don't take any time off just to meet deadlines. All of this goes unappreciated.
