Thank you for sharing your experience. Would you be willing to reach out to me directly about getting paid? In almost all of our markets, agents get paid at closing so there should be no delay unless the paperwork was not submitted in time for closing. There are a few states where agents are not allowed to be paid at closing, but even then, we issue our agents an e-check as soon as we receive the commissions. If there is a true delay, I would love to know the address of the property in question so I can look into it :)
