Not great for new agents - Realtor Fathom Realty Employee Review

I am sorry to hear about your experience. We have hundreds of online training videos, we host live online trainings every months as well. We also have an incredible in-person new agent mentorship training program. While we do not have a physical office, the local manager is supposed to host in-person trainings, masterminds, and CE classes. If that is not happening in your market, I certainly want to know.
