      Pros

      Opportunities to move around different departments. Catering every day, snacks, good benefits. Good people team. Good support teams.

      Cons

      Severe lack of leadership. Open pressure from CEO to be at the office for more than 45 hours per week, which would be fine if there were clearer communication about expectations and motivation rather than public shaming. Financial leaders planned poorly and got promotions/raises while others lost their jobs because the company is out of money.

      None whatsoever I’m not even joking. Oh sorry they will currently give you $20 for completing 80 deliveries which will probably account for 800 miles of driving

      Cons

      This platform is bad, if you’re not selective they will require you to shop for 50+ items then drive 11 plus miles for only $18. There is definitely a lot better platform and apps that pay better. Be careful only about 5-7% of the offers sent on favor platform are good which is why I have an acceptance rate of only 13%.
