- The culture and people are for the most part wonderful to work with - Amazing office workspace - Consistently challenging and adaptive environment

- Extremely low pay for amount of work done in this position - Severe hierarchal discrepancies resulting in a clear disrespect for specialized hourly-wage team members - Embarrassing 'merit increase' incentives - Lumping of all employees that fall into a certain pay grade under the guise of "fairness" when specialized roles and team members perform far more than what they're paid for
