Pros
Free lunches, breakfasts, when I worked there. Daily workout opportunities. The office is gorgeous but it's meant to be to sell you on it.
Cons
Insane work hours. In. Sane. You are not marketing. Welcome to hell, you are full on marketing ops support. Were you enjoying your Saturday nite at 9 pm? Tough. The markets are imbalanced we need you to get online and send messages to runners to try and get more delivery drivers on the road. Work 70 hours this week? Tough. You had a typo in a subject line that the CEO is ranting about for a week to all of your colleagues. Oh, did you want good HUMAN leadership? This is not the job for you, Jag will see to it your work life balance is intolerable and that they don't care how many hours you're working, it still won't be good enough. This place ran on fear, sleep deprivation, and zero human compassion or empathy. The entire team burned out as a result, and we were already understaffed and half the team quit within a month of each other. The $50 delivery credits weren't worth it. Being yelled at for not checking your phone at 7 am on a Sunday wasn't worth it. The amount of things they bandaid together with people responding in real time because their product is frankly garbage and they can't automate things is crazy. I would stay FAR away from Favor. You will not be treated kindly. You will not be treated with respect. You will not be able to have any work life boundaries without threat of being fired. You will not be treated like a person.
