Pros
The team is awesome! Everyone is supportive and works together well. Each employee works very hard and is passionate about the company. Flexible vacation and great benefits. Whatever position you work, you will be engaged and challenged.
Cons
It's a big time commitment. When you decide to work here you will not just work a 9-5. You must be committed and ready to jump on and solve problems when they arise. Business never stops and neither does the work.
