      Efficiency and innovation, they strive to be the best at least on their internal teams.

      Cons

      Not enough innovation around how we compare to competitors. Extremely demeaning and childish culture around texting and emojis and the appropriate way to use an emoji or how it could come across or being escalated on because someone takes issue especially if it's your job to create accountability. It's like walking a tightrope all the time and highly stressful.

      None whatsoever I’m not even joking. Oh sorry they will currently give you $20 for completing 80 deliveries which will probably account for 800 miles of driving

      This platform is bad, if you’re not selective they will require you to shop for 50+ items then drive 11 plus miles for only $18. There is definitely a lot better platform and apps that pay better. Be careful only about 5-7% of the offers sent on favor platform are good which is why I have an acceptance rate of only 13%.
