Horrible Management and dishonest Human Resources Department. They shared confidential and privileged information on a EEOC complaint that was filed against those who the complaint was about Those accused Managers retaliated and nothing could stop them. Filing more complaints resulted in complete dishonesty and falsification on FedEx's HR Department. This needs to be investigated by the Justice Department . Documented facts have now been given to attorneys in two other lawsuits against FedEx. I will continue to pursue this as I am currently a FedEx stock holder and will take this public. In Utah it is legal to have a secret recording device. I have more than several recordings of FedEx Management making illegal comments. I would suggest anyone having Management issues with FedEx middle Management take a recording device into any and all meeting with those Managers. Protect yourself and if you have issues file with the Justice Department.
