Good pay comparatively for a part time job
Cons
Supervisors will stretch the rules of part time employment to try and get you to stay longer than you technically have too. If you resist, it will feel like you are being punished, i.e. A cold shoulder or semi bad attitude directed towards you, or threats of violations of the handbook with trips to the commanders office. Maximum hours per 12 week average needs to be below 30, or you will be put on hours watch. They try and max you out as they need you, only to send you home early or miss entire days toward the end of 12 week period, which really only screws you over if you live somewhat paycheck to paycheck
