      Pros

      coworkers, the friendships you build trying to survive the treatment of management.

      Cons

      Corporate management is all about the dollar, they dont care about the employees or even the customers. After 6years i never saw one employee promoted to management. there was always a reason they werent qualified yet They bring someone who was a manager of a local coffee shop and make them a store manager. The "promote from within" mentality is lost.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
