Pros

Other team members are great. We all work together to handle the intense demands of our busy center. Once you learn the job , which takes many months, you can have a good sense of accomplishment each day, because you will do a lot every day.

Cons

Pay Does not reflect the amount of skill, knowledge, and responsibility that are expected of you. You will be a shipping agent, a printing technician, a cashier, a sales person, a stock clerk, and a receptionist. Especially difficult is the expectation of being a sales person, always trying to upsell and add more items to each order. Which you get no additional compensation for just more work to fill your already busy day.

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
