Pros
Great people and customers, a different story to hear every day, very diverse, many locations to work at, good opportunity for advancement, excellent benefits package for full-time employees, okay benefits for part-time employees, strong backing from parent corporation (FedEx Corp).
Cons
Micro-management is setting in from COO on down, company moving toward cookie-cutter fast-food mentality and away from consultative needs-driven service. Customers have always known FedEx Office (Kinko's) was not the low-price leader and instead have visited for the dominating service, but more and more that service has become quota-driven and less personalized.
