Pros
Sweet 401k matches up to 5%, stock purchase plan means you can be a shareholder really easily, PTO and discounted shipping and printing.
Cons
STRICT about how you use those discounts. Increasingly stringent requirements scripting every customer interaction to the word with no permitted variation. Overall high expectations. Company claims to value quality-driven management which seeks solutions rather than place blame, but a culture of blame is alive and well. It's not that there is overt sexism as such but management is by and large a man's game as far as I can tell; there has been an exodus of qualified, strong-minded women from my district and overall frustration levels are high. Management's mentality seems to be 'the beatings will continue until morale improves'. Once you're past the level of Team Member and into management, you are faced with ballooning requirements that MUST be flawlessly executed and on time, but at the same time hamstrung by payroll.
