Good team members, overtime opportunities, vacation and sick time accruals quickly, more service based than retail, opportunities for advancement

Cons

Understaffed, disconnected leadership, unrealistic goals, uncaring towards team members concerns or needs, Scheduling system built to exploit team members, often runs team members down until they burn out, no response when issues are reported to higher management/HR, no work life balance

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
