Pros

Competitive hourly wages, opportunity to move up within the company, tuition reimbursement, decent benefits (but only for full time employees)

Cons

They send out an image of caring about their employees and customers but they are only about profit (no matter the cost). They tell you one thing about availability and when you will be working and then schedule you for whatever THEY want. They also train on the job but because they run on the minimum number of people possible you are thrown into the fire right away and many people spend so much time just trying to stay caught up with stressful deadlines that they don't actually learn everything they need. The people who have been with the company for years usually want to teach new people but don't have the time because there are constantly projects that are given crazy due times so they simply can't help like they want to. I actually stepped down from a higher position because of the lack of ethics and high pressure.

Pros

Good work life balance, hours are flexible, team members are pretty nice overall, benefits are good, company is stable and job security is good

Cons

Way too many things to remember, they say “you don't have to remember everything, just know where you can figure it out” and thats all fine and good but there are so many places to go and you have to know where, and despite what they say there are things you cant find anywhere and just have to know, so many systems are just confusing and have no real guidelines to follow, and thats not to mention that every manager has there own places where they do it either the fedex way or their own way, and you never know until you get called out for doing something. Pay is also pretty low and the only way to make more is take on management roles
