Pros

You can get a hands on education working with design software.

Cons

There's no career growth even though they tell you that there is. You can never get production done when you work alone because this place is too cheap to hire more people, and I was a high ranking employee in the state. Benefits are average and not as great as they promise them to be. The pay is insulting, and the so called wonderful tuition reimbursement that they brag about is insultingly low. Customers treat you like crap and refer to you as the "copy person" and force you to help them with self-service because they're too lazy to learn. They also yell at you because they apparently think that FedEx invented the copyright law. It's really not much to be angry about. I'm really just venting because FEDEX NEEDS TO STOP BRAGGING ABOUT HOW GREAT OF A PLACE THEY ARE TO WORK AT.

Pros

Good work life balance, hours are flexible, team members are pretty nice overall, benefits are good, company is stable and job security is good

Cons

Way too many things to remember, they say “you don't have to remember everything, just know where you can figure it out” and thats all fine and good but there are so many places to go and you have to know where, and despite what they say there are things you cant find anywhere and just have to know, so many systems are just confusing and have no real guidelines to follow, and thats not to mention that every manager has there own places where they do it either the fedex way or their own way, and you never know until you get called out for doing something. Pay is also pretty low and the only way to make more is take on management roles
