Pros
-All jobs have an easy to follow standard of procedure that is posted in each work pod. -Great work environment and definitely a great bunch of people and managers to work with. -Easy Job with very light tread into IT.
Cons
-Requires you to stand most of the day. -Promotion/Probationary hiring seemed to be a bit scarce -Not very many practical or transferable skills learned, so promotion to more techinical fields within company seems will be based on other factors.
