      Pros

      Generally, I was able to set my own priorities. No one looking over my shoulder.

      Cons

      Too often it was hard to get guidance or decisions from directors. FedEx is more concerned about employee engagement for hourly employees than salaried employees.

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
