You can probably get what you ask for when you come thru the door, so make sure you ask for what you want.
Cons
You will never make up for leaving money on the table when you come thru the door. The yearly raises are pretty much a joke, they don't cover cost of leaving. Everyone gets same raise, does not matter if you do a good job or nothing.
