Management and employees are great to work with, understanding, encouraging and patient when they need to be.

I don't see any cons.

It is fairly easy work, and (unless you get on the lead or supervisor's bad side) most of the jobs aren't very labor intensive.

This could be a pro or a con, but I learned the word nepotism while working here. If you are friends or related to a lead or manager, this is an ideal place to work, as opportunities are plentiful and rules and expectations for you will be nonexistent. However, if you aren't lucky enough to be related to someone or the lead finds you cute, there is nothing for you here.
