Picker - Picker Federal-Mogul Employee Review

Too stressful to work with others. People here tend to gossip like children & management does the same. You have to kiss up to even get recognition in this place. Probably the worst job I've had so far, when you ask for help nobody assists new employees. Very hot & humid especially in the summer & cold in the winters they leave the doors open. Management judges people who obviously work hard but say they are not making production. would not recommend not even a last option. Work down the street at Asurion waaayyy better job.
