This isn't your hipster coffee shop where shorts and sandals are acceptable. You've got to dress the part of a business professional and be ready to act like it. Want a cool beanbag chair in the lobby? no thank you. Wanna work from home because that's what everyone your age is doing? I don't think so. Although there are a few exceptions and the occasional casual-Friday sleeve tattoo exposure, it's primarily business professional all day every day.
