Poor management, no training, they expect you to be fully functional on day one! Totally unreasonable expectations! Alot of responsibility with no authority! Managment will shake your hand one day and fire you the next! HR does NOT care or support the employee! They will cut you off in a minute if it will save them a dime! Total lack of concern about you as a human being!
