Pros
Pay . Not too far to commute. Not as hot in the summer as some plants. Work is not too hard
Cons
The HR department has got to be the worst I've ever seen. They preach safety but if you get hurt they will try to say it was your fault and get rid of you. The employees are into gossip and but kissing so much. It's an unhealthy place to work from the stress. If you are a hard worker. They expect more out of you and they let the lazy ones slide by. No training.
