Pros
Company Leadership Changes are stabilizing and much more balanced - It's a much better place to work than before 2012. Investing a lot in training and promoting from within. It's a relationship company with moderate to low structure and big jobs. It's a great place for ambitious people who want to take ownership and solve problems. The company has some unique products and technical capabilities that make it difficult to disrupt in our core business. Growing through mostly successful acquisitions as of late.
Cons
Some fundamental processes are lacking like budgeting. Systems are fragmented leaving far too much manual work. Benefits in the US are not competitive. There are not enough people for the amount of work so all who are supposed to lead are consumed with work to try to keep up. Leads to a very reactive setting.
