Not the greatest of companies - Manufacturing Engineer Federal-Mogul Employee Review

-Benefits aren't great compared to other "larger" companies. -Raises were pitiful, so low I'm not sure if it was even a real raise -Management is blindsided and tends to have a heavy hand. Things are often done due to gut feeling and many times it isn't correct. -Budget is VERY tight, it's hard to complete projects because there's no money to spend. They expect you to fix things with sticks and stones. -Outlook doesn't look great, company needs a new corporate mindset and management overhaul. Everything seems disconnected.
