Pros

Feedonomics is instilling a culture of team selflessness and commitment to excellence, with an emphasis on both teaching and learning by all members, regardless of the amount of experience and level in the company. It is exemplified by the founders every day, and is inspirational to those of us that come from environments of heavy competition and career-climbing. I am paid very competitively from a company that is succeeding financially without the need of venture capital, a rarity in the tech world. With less that 80 employees at this time, there is a definite family feeling still here which makes everyone more relaxed and focused on being the very best they can be. Working extra hours when needed doesn't seem burdensome and is more a pleasure of being able to move the ball forward. There are extra-curricular activities that anyone can be involved in that "give back" to the community in various ways, which helps foster the caring and team-building goals espoused by Feedonomics. Feedonomics has a pathway for technical development for newcomers to the IT world, making it exceptional for taking students fresh out of college who have the aptitude and ambition to excel in their career. Those who move on to other opportunities tend to recommend Feedonomics as a great place to learn and advance. Customer service is a top priority and Feedonomics receives plenty of kudos from them.

Cons

There are growing pains associated with the company with how to conduct the business of IT that any company must face, but, in spite of that, the clients whom we serve are well-taken care of due to the diligence of the team.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
