Pros
I’ve been with Feedonomics since the start and feel extremely fortunate to have found my way into this company. I have worked in companies big and small around the world and have never found a company with such positive intention and drive. The company abounds with smart talented people, however it is the focus on culture that has allowed it to succeed. The open dialogue and mutual accountability throughout the company has created an environment that has allowed me substantial growth. I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey so far and hope to remain a part of the Feedonomics family for a very long time. I see great opportunities for many people over the coming years as Feedonomics continues to grow.
Cons
It has been a fast-paced continually evolving environment. What worked last month, may not work today. You need to constantly practice the O.O.D.A loop. If you keep your head down, keep quite and don’t go for the gap, you may miss out on opportunity as there are others who are hungry, vocal and engaged. The work requires a high level of diligence and accountability as small mistakes can have big consequences.
