Pros

I have worked for many organizations that gave lip service to culture. Feedonomics is the only organization I have worked for that puts their money where their mouth is! As a leader who was hired in the early years, I have a unique perspective and can vouch that the CEO and owners of the company really care deeply about the organizational health of their company. I have witnessed many hours of senior leadership meetings and numerous initiatives devoted to keeping the "Feed On" culture positive, transparent, and focused on people empowerment. And the results are clear - we act as one team, we break down silos, and we continue to grow our connections and productivity even as we expand from 50, to 150, to 300 team members all across the globe! The technology is fun, the people are a pleasure to work with at all levels, and we all support each other. If you are looking for a company that actually gets it right, I welcome you to join us!

Cons

In the spirit of transparency, I will share that Feedonomics is not immune to growing pains. While the positive culture is strong and the work is rewarding, there are gaps in varying levels of leadership that we are looking to fill. The other challenge is process - as we grow we are frequently reshaping the way to do business in order to adapt. It means a lot of change, which can sometimes be difficult - but I understand that frequent change is necessary when a company grows so fast.

Couldn't agree more with this - if we think we are without growing pains, then we are leading with ego. As you know, one of our core principles is No Egos - so thank you for the reminder to always look for this. May we keep being an enjoyable group to work with!

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
