Pros

Feedonomics is BY FAR one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work for. This is a company that from the first moment you meet with a member of our team, you are positively impacted - it's palpable! This company places significant focus on BOTH our internal and external customers. We spend the same amount of time focused on our client happiness as we do on our employee happiness. I have seen considerations for both, as far as decisions made, that I have never observed in any other company. For example, a "client partnership" that is genuine and real; employee considerations at the individual level across the entire organization - we actually know each person, about their families, interests/hobbies, fears. This company truly leads with HEART! There is truly a culture of trust and honesty and I am so proud to work for Feedonomics!

Cons

Having transitioned to an exclusively remote company amidst the world wide pandemic in March, we will want to continue to create ways to transfer the incredibly energy - that each employee brings to Feedonomics - to the new normal. It is evident that the senior leadership team has taken many steps in this direction and it shows. Introducing things like fire side chats, game and painting opportunities, virtual happy hour every Friday, etc. These are the things that make us special.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
