Pros

Absolutely fantastic team, everyone is super friendly and willing to help. No matter what the problem is, there is always someone to help you out. Never ever I have had such a great team in any of my previous jobs. I like the transparency and the feeling you can trust the management. Middle and senior management really does care how we feel and helps us whenever needed. This is far the best company I ever worked for!

Cons

Working remotely has been a bit of challenge for me, because I do miss my colleagues and would like to see them on daily basis. :)

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
