Pros

This is by far the best place I've ever worked, and I've seen a wide range from large corporations to small, family-owned businesses. I've never been so happy in a job before and I'm sure a lot of that has to do with the culture. Here are some key points to illustrate: * The supportive, friendly, happy team-culture is pervasive with every person I've met and interacted with. The chats are filled with questions and lots of different people chiming in to answer with ideas. The managers support work-life balance and are always ready to help with guidance and never over-bearing. Essentially, there are no egos - just a lot of people helping each other out so that everybody succeeds. *The training for the job is thorough, well-thought out, and not rushed, but catered to make sure you get the skills and understanding you need to do your job. * If you like geeking out with data, solving logic puzzles, project managing, collaborating with a variety of smart people to figure things out, and helping clients to have a stellar experience, then I bet you would also think this is the best job ever. I do. * I feel close to upper management - I've met everyone from my manager all the way up to the CEO and I feel their sincere care for my personal life journey as well as my career. I feel I can ask anyone anything and the question will be listened to and answered. * Read the book "Legacy" by James Kerr (or see the culture info on the Feedonomics website) and you'll get a sense of how awesome this place is - these values are put into action every day without rigidity or complaint. It's the secret sauce that everyone naturally embraces, and it's working. * I'm working remote and I feel close to all my colleagues. * Benefits are great, salary is great, IT support team is great * Really smart people started the company, created a very flexible platform, and hired more friendly and smart people. I have a lot of confidence in the entire team's ability to continue to grow the company and respond to any industry challenges that crop up.

Cons

I haven't found any cons, but if I do, I suspect they would pale in comparison to the pros of working here.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
