You taking the time to write this review suggests you are trying to make us better - that follows one of our core principles Train to Win and for that we are grateful. We are surprised to see some of this feedback here due to all the ways we have implemented getting input from team members directly - We have one on ones with our people team, group meetings where we emphasize our principles, leadership lunches with every team member where we ask for critical feedback and, an anonymous annual engagement survey where we ask for any and all feedback to make us better. That survey yielded a 93% score when asked if people feel comfortable providing upwards feedback. As CEO, I have met with every new person who has joined Feedonomics and I stress the importance of always asking WHY? And never accepting anything at face value. I stress that if any Feedo does not feel that they are getting solid answers to their questions, they MUST escalate, and if necessary bring those issues to me. We are by no means perfect, but we are striving every day to be better. We implore you to connect with us on your concerns to help with your experience directly.
When it comes to product, webhooks are the mechanism by which we separate product transformation from product synchronization. This separation allows us to leverage the data transformation capabilities of Feedonomics to rapidly scale to new channels. We are investing heavily in building native experiences on top of the webhook experience that supports both our internal team members and external customers as we grow with these channels. Being the selected choice for many of the largest and most prolific brands in the world, is testament to our exceptional technology. Feedonomics was founded by two brothers, and their father, who is the preeminent expert in artificial intelligence has been our Chief Scientist. We would like to address your concerns about “perceived nepotism” with over 370 Feedos, we have no more than three team members who are related to any of the owners, all very capable and talented people.
