Pros

People are always willing to help.

Cons

Pay Rate used to be okay, but with the fast growing, they became super greedy. Retention rate is down and people are leaving left to right. Be ready to NOT have a work life balance.

We can agree that this is a very resilient and supportive group of people - thank you for being a part of that. I am curious about your statement regarding retention as our retention is at an industry leading 91% - and the folks that have left have given us wonderful feedback and let us know that their decision was a personal one. With our absolute commitment to employee satisfaction and ensuring a focus on personal and professional growth, we do not concur with your statement that our people are “leaving left or right”. If you feel that you are struggling to have a work-life balance, please share this information with either your direct manager or our People Empowerment department who are always available and willing to help. In terms of compensation, we use multiple benchmarks to ensure we're as competitive as we can be, and we are constantly evaluating how to be as attractive as possible. Please feel free to come and discuss your concerns as we encourage open and honest feedback.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
