Overall, Feedonomics is a great place to work. However, there are a few things that didn't work well for me:
Upper management actively discourages discussing compensation with your coworkers. This is a federally protected right, and a manager should never tell you not to talk about pay with your coworkers.
Pay disparity among employees doing the same role. New employees making 5k+ more than current employees doing the same role for longer.
You will be expected to track every single minute of your day. This is somewhat normal in a client-facing role, but it affected my working style and made me feel like I was being micromanaged.
Pressure from upper management - if you are in a client-facing role, there is constant pressure to make & keep your clients happy. If a client is unhappy, they will want to know what you did or didn't do to cause that (even if it wasn't your fault).
Upper management is becoming increasingly more micromanaging, with new processes and requiring managers to be copied on client communications when they have little interaction with clients.
