Pros

Great culture Amazing team & managers In-depth training Monthly 1/2 day Fridays Room for growth Good health insurance

Cons

Overall, Feedonomics is a great place to work. However, there are a few things that didn't work well for me: Upper management actively discourages discussing compensation with your coworkers. This is a federally protected right, and a manager should never tell you not to talk about pay with your coworkers. Pay disparity among employees doing the same role. New employees making 5k+ more than current employees doing the same role for longer. You will be expected to track every single minute of your day. This is somewhat normal in a client-facing role, but it affected my working style and made me feel like I was being micromanaged. Pressure from upper management - if you are in a client-facing role, there is constant pressure to make & keep your clients happy. If a client is unhappy, they will want to know what you did or didn't do to cause that (even if it wasn't your fault). Upper management is becoming increasingly more micromanaging, with new processes and requiring managers to be copied on client communications when they have little interaction with clients. No bonuses No 401k match Compensation increase only once a year

Recognizing we have a great culture because of our amazing team members and managers is huge - we are in agreement and we appreciate the call out! Feedonomics offers a ton of incredible training and development opportunities and benefits for team members to advance themselves personally and professionally. Your comment about our obsessive attention to client communications is 100% correct. We pride ourselves on being the best full service solution in the industry and we do expect every Feedo to be overly attentive to client needs, regardless of whether they are officially client facing or not. We are all responsible for ensuring the success of our clients. We absolutely do not have an issue with employees sharing their compensation information with each other, but we do discourage detractor behavior. If an employee is actively soliciting other employees and making them feel uncomfortable, we request that they address their compensation concerns with their manager or our People Empowerment team.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
