Pros

What makes Feedonomics so great is that it is a company that actually does live by the company values they talk about. Or more so by the core Feed On principles. A lot of companies talk about doing this, but Feedonomics walks the talk. Leadership is all bought into this and understands that what makes a successful company is the people of the company and they care about the employees. There is time spent making sure that the company employees understands and live by the values and that these are not just some words living on the company website.

Cons

I haven't really experienced any downsides. Feedonomics is a company that has been growing fast and with that comes of course that there are things that may not be in place yet, but there is not a lot of red tape to stop continued development and it is exciting to be a part of the growth and help having an impact.

This is absolutely the experience we want all of our Feedos to have - and not just in their first year. We are thrilled that you are enjoying your time as part of this team and we're motivated to go beyond what we've already been able to accomplish. If you ever feel that this positive momentum stops or stumbles, please let your manager, myself, or our People Empowerment team know so that we can right the course as fast as possible.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
