Pros

-Fully Remote Company -Excellent Management and support -People first minded corporation -Team collaborates with a "learning environment" mentality -Product is groundbreaking and is constantly being improved -Personal company funds for team building events -Yearly company funded outings with co-workers in your region -Generous Time Off balance with consideration of various life events

Cons

-Work load can be demanding during peak seasons -Learning curve is high as there is a lot of business and unique database set ups, expect it to take several months to a year before you get fully comfortable with your role. -A lot of critical insights are exchanged through tribal knowledge, Although the team is very supportive, expect to rely on your team often to get through specific challenges.

It was an absolute joy reading this review to start off the week, we're so glad to know you are 3 or 4 years into your tenure at Feedonomics and still feeling the positive impact of a healthy company culture. As you know, this is something we will need to continue to iterate on and emphasize as the larger we get the more we will rely on each other to maintain this level of communication and dedication to our 15 Legacy Principles. As far as the learning curve and peak seasons go - we hear you, we really do. Please continue to provide input to your managers and to our Training team so that we can continue to improve the onboarding process and hopefully decrease the time it takes for someone to get fully ramped. Even in a dynamic industry like ours, we can always Train to Win ahead of holiday seasons and new hire start classes.

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
