      impactful projects, friendly office, active management

      Can't escape work, I see or I am reminded of our previous/current projects everywhere I go in Champaign and surrounding areas.

      Flexibility to chart your own path. Relaxed office atmosphere. Range of WFH options. Management accessible. Part of a larger organization that adds depth of resources and technical expertise.

      Very large projects inaccessible. Some silos.
