      Absolutely nothing. This company has real concerns.

      Cons

      Sent to job site in Freeport with known (to management only) hazardous levels of lead in soil. Never told about this condition or given air purifying respirator while trucks moved the soil to landfill. No water trucks wetting the area, nothing. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sure OSHA would love to hear all about it.

      Flexibility to chart your own path. Relaxed office atmosphere. Range of WFH options. Management accessible. Part of a larger organization that adds depth of resources and technical expertise.

      Cons

      Very large projects inaccessible. Some silos.
