      I get to work on all 4 (RCC, Masonry, Steel, and Wood) which accounts for good experience, and potentially help me for my SE.

      Cons

      Lots of desk work, would help if I could go out for inspections from time to time.

      Flexibility to chart your own path. Relaxed office atmosphere. Range of WFH options. Management accessible. Part of a larger organization that adds depth of resources and technical expertise.

      Cons

      Very large projects inaccessible. Some silos.
